Furnished Double Room in Cosy Home &Quiet Location

The house is in a quiet location within Mapperley, and the let is provided on a Furnished Double Room basis.

Access to wifi, freeview, and off-road parking is all included, as are utility bills and Council Tax contribution. Landline phone use is available but not included in the monthly rent.

Due to the nature of my work you would sometimes have the house to yourself and so I'm looking for someone who will take pride in it as though it were their own, and is ok for sharing some house chores when needed. (I'm no Monica, for those who remember Friends, but I do want to share with someone who can take care of their own areas and share the chores for joint space at times, boring I know but i've been bitten by this one before, and dont want to feel like i'm cleaning up after a teenager, hope you understand :o)

I enjoy socialising with friends, but nothing wild anymore and do enjoy spending time at home too, so it'd be great to have someone to get along with, albeit respecting each others privacy.
