Looking for a new housemate to share a well-kept, spacious & homely house on Woodborough Rd., sharing with three others. One of us works at the university & the other two both work in West Bridgford, one as a translator & the other as an ecologist.

Quiet, light double room with double bed & other furniture. Includes two shared kitchens (one's an aspiring bakery), living room, dining room, two bathrooms, cellar & outside space. The entire house has been newly redecorated.

We have Sky TV (including Sports & Movies!), high speed broadband wifi & landline.

Washing machine, microwave, gas oven & hob, George Clooney Nespresso Machine & a HUGE 3D television. Plenty of free on-road parking on quiet street. Excellent frequent bus links to city centre & the universities; the bus stop is just across the road. It's about a 10 mins walk to town, Hockley (bars, cafes etc.) & Tesco.

We're looking for a graduate student / young professional who enjoys living in a sociable household - preferably a Michelin starred cook, billionaire, philanthropist & Guardian reader (Sunday Times accepted)!

Rent is £300 pcm including all bills.
