The house is in a really nice area of Nottingham called Wollaton and is really close to the Jubilee Campus for Nottingham University. We are also very close to the City Centre and the motorway.

There are currently 3 of us in the house (1 male - a teacher and 2 females - one is an orthoptist at the hospital, while the other is a researcher at Notts Uni), we all enjoy socialising at the weekend and relaxing in the week.

The house consists of 2 living areas fully kitted with sofas and TVs with SKY full package (ready for the new football season) (and a playstation for Lovefilm and DVD nights etc)and is a really nice place to live as we all do chill out together. We also respect everyone's privacy and are very clean (but not obsessive about it). We are looking for a housemate who would enjoy living here and ultimately becoming a good friend.
