Double room - all inclusive

Hello,
I am renting and living in this house have permission from the landlord to let other people move in and contribute towards the rental costs. This is a 3 bed property approximately 10 minute walk from the Train Station with good bus connections. There is 1 good size furnished double room available. All bills are included.

The house is terraced however you will be surprised how large it is if you view it. The house is fully furnished and room comes equipped with cupboard with full length mirror, drawers, computer desk and bed. The house is fully double-glazed. There is a lounge and separate dining room and back garden/paved area. There is on-street parking. The street has won recognition in the Nottingham in Bloom Awards as residents keep the street tidy and plant flowers and plants outside their house on the street. There is a paved garden area to the rear of the house.

I live with my girlfriend and we both work full time. We would prefer someone who works full time or a student. Our current house mate is moving out as his employment has finished. We are looking for someone who is friendly and tidy.

There is no smoking allowed inside the house.
