Double room in stunning 3 bed shared house

After 2 happy years of living together, it's time to say goodbye to our housemate, Linda
On offer, we have a double bedroom and separate study/dressing room
(part furnished...well, there’s a bed and a desk) on the 2nd floor of our stunning, 3 storey house.

As for the rest of the house, well , prepare yourself; this is a house that you can't help but fall in love with. It's a gorgeous, 3 bed, Georgian, Semi-detached with all that that entails including high ceilings and original features. It has been lovingly decorated throughout with plain walls and carpet on the first and second floors, and a beautiful wooden floor in the living room with terracotta tiles in the hallway and kitchen. The kitchen - what a kitchen! A massive Smeg oven and 5 ring gas hob (for any cooking gurus out there, it's truly immense), table in the middle for those all important kitchen chats, and french doors leading out into our own secret piece of paradise that is the garden.

Enclosed in 7ft high walls, the garden comes into its own at night with our fire pit burning and candles twinkling in the trees. We've spent many an evening whiling away the hours out there. Imagine; a lazy Saturday breakfast sat out on the front terrance next to the mangle (yes, an actual, factual mangle) or an after work Peroni/Pimms sat on the lawn out back.

The living room is pretty darn spacious with the most comfortable corner sofa you ever did sit/fall asleep on, especially in front of the roaring (gas) fire place that'll keep you toasty on a cold winter's day.

To complete downstairs there is also the ever useful toilet, oh and did we mention the front (also enclosed) garden and seating? Always nice for breakfast during summer!

On the first floor, we have the ginormous bathroom with an immensely luxurious bath and separate pours a bucket of water on your head shower. To the left (to the left) you have Sabrina’s room and to the right is Andy's (my) room (again a pretty spacious double).

The second floor could be your domain with bedroom and study.

And I suppose it might be helpful to know a thing or two about your new housemates...
We like to think of ourselves as young professionals but the young might be stretching it these days. We tend to operate independently and occasionally we are ships passing in the night. But more often than not, we manage to catch up once or twice a week.

I, Andy (that's me), am an operations manager, working a mixture of days and evenings but i'm usually around at some point in the week for a bit of mischief should the mood take you.

Sabrina works in sales (home based at the moment) and jets back to see friends and family back in France when she gets the opportunity.

In summary; amazing house that has to be seen to be believed, lovely, friendly housemates who will happily hang out with you but equally are out and about living their own lives so no worries of getting under each other's feet. The spacious double room could be yours for £430 pcm. This includes rent, council tax, gas, electricity, phone, 350 mbps Virgin fibre broadband, water rates, cuddly toy, basement storage (forgot to mention the basement!) and everything else that you might expect to be included. The contract term is a minimum 6 months and then is rolling monthly after that.
