Upstairs landing

Hi, I am looking for a student to take my room for the academic year 2013/14.

The house is a 4 bed in the City Centre; 5 minutes walk to the shops, City Campus and UniLink bus stop. All rooms are double and have large windows, fitted wardrobes, desk and chair.
It has a nice sized kitchen/dining area with all facilities (washing machine, oven, microwave etc.), a large living area with 3 sofas and TV, two separate bathrooms (one with a bath/shower and one with a toilet, hand basin and cubical shower) and a paved garden (low maintenance).
It was one of the best properties we had seen and at a very good price for the city centre.

The contract runs from the 1st September 2013- 31st July 2014 (48 weeks)

Rent Schedule (payed termly):-
1st terms rent (15th October 2013)- £1378. 91
2nd terms rent (15 January 2014)- £1378. 91
3rd terms rent (15th April 2014)- £689. 45

The deposit for the room is £250+ £60Booking fee (HOWEVER, FOR A QUICK TURNAROUND, THE DEPOSIT & BOOKING FEE WILL BE COVERED BY ME)

Info about housemates:-

The girls will be in their second year of University, Adele studies Biomedical Science, Daisy studies History Philosophy & Charlotte does Early years & special and inclusive Education. All girls are really easy to get on with, chatty & friendly. Although this year as Freshers they would have fully enjoyed a bit of freedom, they are aware that 2nd year is going to be more concentrated on work. As much as they love a good night out, they like to intermingle it with movie nights etc. They are happy for either a guy or girl to join them at the house.
