We have a spare large double room available in a shared house, just off Radford Boulevard.

The rent is £350 a month which include all the bills.

It has wireless Virgin internet (speed - 120MG) and virgin TV.

The room is fully furnished and comes with a double bed + mattress, dresser, bookshelf, chair.

The house is also fully furnished, and includes a washing machine and dryer, dishwasher, garden/bbq area. It has two bathrooms - one with shower, separate bath and one other toilet and the ground floor.

The house is in an ideal location - close to town, QMC and the University, so ideal for anyone who works in these areas. It's less than 10 mins from the nearest tram stop, close to Asda and Hyson Green market, and has a tesco express with 5 mins. It's a quiet area of Radford, mostly families on our street.

We're a young professional household, Early 30s, one male, one female. We're laid back but respectful of our housemate's working hours, and we're looking for someone similar to move in. No preference on gender, smoker or non smoker.
