City Centre / Lace Market apartment

My name is Simon and I currently work at the QMC (Hospital) during the day and at night I am self-employed working for a range of bars and clubs in the city. Any questions please drop me a text any time of day / night, if I don't answer I will do at my first available opportunity.

A double room in a city centre apartment in the heart of the lace market.

The room being offered has an on suite and small built in wardrobe but no bed (I will put one in there if you don't have your own). With modern furniture throughout the rest, I am looking for someone who is clean and tidy.

I work most days and night so am hardly there due to a ridiculous work schedule but viewing is recommended.

There are lovely views from the french doors over a park at the rear and it is surprisingly quiet for such a central location.

There is a parking space available with secure gated access.

Many bars etc within spitting distance and a range of activities on the doorstep from gyms to climbing clubs and the national watersports centre just down the road this is well worth a look.

I would ideally like someone who is a hard worker and ambitious. Clean and presentable as well as being friendly and sociable. They MUST be employed and able to afford the rent and bills.

There is unlimited broadband which easily streams HD movies etc and also there is a large 3D HD Television in the living room with a PS3 (I don't actually know how to use) and Blueray player.

A large glass dining table means you can entertain groups of friends (Within reason) and there is also a corner sofa etc in the lounge area.

The kitchen is fully fitted including dishwasher, washer / dryer, large fridge / freezer, electric hob and oven and spotlights.
