Gorgeous House for One, Short Let over Summer

Hi guys, I'm working away for summer and looking for someone to look after my gorgeous house in the mean time.

The house is available until August time, with potential to extend the contract depending on my plans after summer.

The place comes with a massive TV, garden, large kitchen and bathroom, burglar alarm & all the mod cons.

There is a choice of 2 rooms available, with the other used as a spare room so lots of possibility for storage.

The house is within 20-25mins walk of the city centre, or 5mins on the bus. Buses run every 15mins maximum even late at night, or the tram is very close by also.

Looking for someone responsible and reliable to take care of my place. Students or professionals welcome, but references and proof of income will be required.

I'll be popping back once a week/ fortnight, so you would pretty much have the place to yourself.

I'm moving back properly with my cat in late July so please don't apply if you're allergic! Owners of small pets welcome (cats, rabbits etc), although unfortunately my cat wouldn't accept a dog!
