23y/o graduate/professional, double room to rent

Hi, I'm a recent graduate from UoN and my current roommate is moving out.
I will therefore have a spare room in my apartment in Hanley House which is a 2 minute walk from market square. There is a swimming pool, gym, squash court, parking and sauna in the complex.
The apartment has double bedroom, a very big balcony, one bathroom, reasonably sized living room, and not a huge kitchen.

I will be working 9-5: 30pm (often in other cities) and I don't like to spend a lot of time lazing around the house. I am very social and enjoy spending time around people. I'm happy to live with guys or girls, one huge plus would be a french speaker as I lived in France last year and miss speaking french. I am not easily annoyed and would also prefer a flatmate to be the same.
