Fantastic location!10 mins walk to QMC, 15 to town

1 double room available in ground floor flat in Lenton. Spacious modern living room/kitchen. Washing machine, dishwasher, American fridge/ice dispenser, huge plasma screen tv on wall, leather settee and armchairs, dining room table and chairs.

Good size double room with sink in the room, desk, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside locker, double bed. 2 bathrooms; 1 with toilet and bath and overhead shower, 1 with toilet and shower. Virgin tv and internet in our flat.

Two of us work as Occupational Therapists in the QMC and one of us work in the uni. There are 2 English girls age 22 and 26 and one Irish girl age 29. All of us are very friendly and enjoy going out at the weekend. We regularly have friends over at the weekend but keep it pretty chilled during the week because we all work full time Monday-Friday.

This accomodation is very handy for people working in the QMC or town. Fantastic location with Sainsburys, pubs, takeaways, cinema etc on the doorstop. Rent is 50 a week, bills excluded. Bills are on average 70 a month depending on usage.
