Large Double Bed Mon To Fri Let On Embankment

Hi I am a female professional living in a lovely mid terrace house on a quiet street in the old part of the Meadows. I am looking for someone to rent my large spare room out during the week, Monday evening to Friday morning.
The house is clean and recently decorated, with open fire place and real wood floors, it's really cosey.
I adopted a cat last year called Luna. She's a fat black moggy and very friendly. She sleeps in my room and isn't allowed up in the lodger's room. You don't have to be a cat lover, but definitly not a cat hater :-)
My house is a 1 minute walk from the embankment which is great for runners. You can get to West Bridgford in 5 mintues by car or a 20 minute walk and the train station is 5 minutes by car/bus. There is plenty of on street parking.
I'm looking for a tidy, friendly professional housemate, someone who is respectful and considerate. I'm not a party girl, so if you like loud music and all nighters I'm not your housemate!
Would suit a professional working away from home, who just wants somewhere homely to rest from work in the evening.
