We are currently looking for a housemate to join a current houseshare of four males in the Mapperley Park area of Nottingham which is approximately a 10 minute walk from the City Centre providing excellent links for travel and commuting with a large drive for storage of cars.

The current housemates are all professionals and are in various areas of expertise. One works at a local media college as a tutor/lecturer, one is a teaching assistant in a local primary school, one works in the business branch of Siemens and the other works for Rolls Royce

The house itself is a converted bungalow providing a large and spacious living area including a living room with access to Sky Sports, a separate dining room, a large kitchen space and supporting pantry. The house also has an extension attached which contains a variety of gym equipment and is also used as a storage space. The house has numerous bathrooms with two being available on the ground floor and one in the upstairs area of the house with two showers being located accordingly. The house also includes 120MB Virgin Internet access for all your requirements.

As a house we have a variety of interests ranging from film and TV, going to the cinema to watch films or playing games together. We also go for drinks and other sociable activities.

The room comes with a double bed and a large number of walk in wardrobes to accommodate your clothing while also includes a large number of storage spaces. The floor is carpeted and being part of the upstairs of the property, comprises of outward opening windows to allow for more light to flood into the room or to hang those extra few clothes on. The room has a large walk in wardrobe area and a number of storage areas as highlighted through the photos of the room.
