There is a room available in this newly refurbished large house within walking distance or a short bus journey into the Nottingham city center.

The house has 5 bedrooms, Only one room left for rental.
Either male or Female is welcome.

The room has a double bed and wardrobes, its very spacious and any other furniture that's needed i will be happy to get. Wifi and Free view TV is available in the room.

There is two bathrooms both with baths, showers, WC, and basin. The heating and hot water is connected to a new combination boiler.

The Kitchen is a decent size and plenty of space in the cupboards/fridge and freezer. There is a dishwasher and washing machine, double cooker and gas hob. All furnished.

Just off the kitchen there is the lounge that has an extra large sofa, a large dining table with chairs, a wall mounted TV.

Through the lounge is the back garden which is to be completed with a large fence for privacy, a BBQ and a reasonable sized concrete area for a table and chairs.

Also there is a very large cellar that has plenty of space for storage.

The first months rent is due upfront, no deposit needed.

The bedroom is all re-plastered painted white large new radiator inside and is a decent size. The whole house is in a top quality state.
