Executive style house 15mins walk to the city

Hi, we have a very nice double room available in our 3 bed house. Currently living here - 1 girl and 2 guys and sadly Hannah is moving out so we need another girl to balance up. We are hoping to share some good times with someone who is like-minded - fun, active, considerate and easygoing (just a nice normal person really!). The room is on the top floor and faces towards Mapperley Park with amazing views to the horizon - the sun also sets on this side of the house. It has a queen sized bed, wardrobe and drawers. Situated on a big hill, there are fantastic views across the city from the kitchen and balcony. Rent incl. all bills - TV license, council tax, gas, elec and water. Massive open plan kitchen dining and living area - v. modern, 3 floors. Double garage and 2-3 parking spaces in a walled courtyard.

Inclusive Entertainment - Table tennis, 8 seater sofa, original art on the walls, good banter and 2 fun housemates (!!) :) There is another house 2 doors up full of really cool young professionals - a ready made group of nice people... all included in the price! :)
