Updated: Furnished Double Available For 1 Month

Hi!

I have a double room available in my 2 bedroom flat in Carrington. Available for 1 month only until 27th February.

The room effectively has its own large private bathroom as my bedroom is en suite. It has a brand new mattress.

Facilities: broadband, washing machine, large fridge/freezer, allocated parking space (I don't have a car). Tesco express 1 min walk, Lidl 10 min walk down the hill. 10 mins into town on the bus or about a 30min walk.

I'm a PhD student at Nottingham Trent University, studying anthropology, with lots of interests. I'm relaxed and sociable, but do enjoy my personal space too. I'm respectful of your personal space, and I'm tidy and considerate. I work from home a lot, which generally involves staring at my laptop and drinking lots of tea! But it means I'm around a lot during the day. I love music, and do sometimes have a friend round to jam in the evening. The flat is calm and sunny.

Might suit a newcomer to Nottingham - someone finding their feet, or anyone looking for something temporary for work etc.

Rent is £375 or £420 for a couple. This includes all bills.
