The room is available for the full 52 weeks of the academic year, ie 7/8/14 to 7/8/15. Rent is £75 a week without bills, but all inclusive water, heating and electricity bills are only £9. 19 per week. The property has Virgin Media fibre optic cable already installed, so broadband and TV are available.

The other housemates are 4 lads who enjoy going out, playing sports and gaming together. All 4 will be in their second year at the University of Nottingham. Collectively they study civil engineering, mechanical engineering, economics, and politics.
