Good housemate wanted! 10 mins from City

Hey :)

I'm looking for a long term room mate! :) I would prefer to live with a female but I'm open minded and the most important thing for me is a good fit.
I'm a really chilled person so my home is pretty much the same, apart from the hyperactive dogs sometimes.. I'm super busy as I'm a mature student at Uni, studying nursing. Therefore my life is kind of hectic and so when I am at home I like to devote the majority of my time to Netflix and pyjamas :)
I'm 29 but alas I may have grown old already, therefore there's no wild parties or loud music here - you may overhear me listening to law of attraction or positivity videos though (lucky you) as I'm quite interested in all that 'hippy' stuff (hey, if I find the perfect housemate it works!)

The house: Is a 3 bedroom haven very close to the city centre. I am on the top floor, and there is a single and a double bedroom on the second floor, as is the shared bathroom. The single bedroom is furnished and up for grabs! I am open to short term lets, I keep taking in strays (as habits go it could be worse) who need somewhere to stay before moving on, however I would LOVE someone permanent to share my home with, and for this purpose the bedroom is awaiting!
As I have mentioned, I would prefer a female but if you're a male who isn't allergic to the hoover then you may be in luck.
The downstairs consists of a kitchen, a study and a living room although we tend to only spend time in the living room (the presence of a tv may have something to do with that...)

As I have pets I need an animal friendly person so if you're scared/allergic/dislike animals then please do not apply as for some reason it keeps happening :/
If you really love dogs I may even let you walk them! (no promises)
I also have a 6 year old stepdaughter who spends the odd night a week so if you're allergic to children you shouldn't apply either, sorry. She is well behaved though, fully house trained and doesn't bite.

So, if you're mature and friendly, can tidy up after yourself, can commit to keeping the house clean and would like somewhere nice and homely to live then please get in touch. Depending on how we get on we could even potentially share a meal or a movie every now and then, although I should warn you I'm incredibly antisocial :)

The house is located a ten minute walk from the train station, with buses and tram links. A few local shops and takeaways, and a five minute drive to West Bridgeford. For those who enjoy exercise there is an outdoor gym, basketball court and a huge park a few minutes down the road, as well as the Embankment for cycling/walking/running. The Portland Leisure Centre is a minute's walk from the house.
