Double Room in Modern City Centre Flat

Hello,
We are all current student at NTU studying a variety of courses and are looking for another student to join out flat! The flat is within 5mins walking distance of town, and 5mins walking distance from NTU. It is a 8 bed property over two floors with three large bathrooms and a massive open plan living area with a 10 seater sofa, 50inch HD tv with full sky package, including sports and movies, a modern full equipped kitchen and breakfast bar.
The room is a double bedroom, with a desk and wardrobe. The entire flat is only one year old, so we are only the second set of students to live in the property, from that all the furniture is basically new, and the kitchens/bathrooms also.
The rent includes, gas, electric, water, internet and full sky tv as mentioned.
We are looking for someone fun and kind to join us, of either gender and of any age. We are a enjoyable bunch who have some joint and some different intrests but all get along, we enjoy going out but also chilled nights with movies. Please feel free to ask about any more questions :)
