I have a house currently undergoing refurbishment throughout to bring it to an excellent standard.
The house is right next to the university and QMC so you can walk to all your lectures.
You will be the first to live in this house with brand new kitchen, bathrooms, appliances, flooring - everything!
The house will be ready in September so you won't have to pay any rent for August (unlike other contracts)
This is not your average house, it will be fitted with a 50 inch flat screen smart TV for the living room and complete with super fast broadband so is ready to move in without any hassle!
Also it will be completely clean as you will be the first ones to move in. I have included ALL BILLS in the rent to make your life easy (though if you want to sort your bills out seperately then feel free!)
Preferably I'm looking for a group of 5 people until the end of the student year. If you wish to pay up front then there will be discount - up to you - I'm flexible.
I am a Nottingham University graduate and this is my first house so please do take care of it!
