The house is a 20 minute walk to the city centre, or 5 minute bus ride, and will be available September 2016. The price is all inclusive of utilities, and the cost of an additional Virgin box which will be installed upon moving in. I personally think my house is beautiful! Kept to a good standard of clean with decent appliances. The room is double and comes unfurnished (although there is a bookshelf in there that you may keep). I would imagine the only detail that will weed out potential housemates is the fact that I have 2 small dogs. The dogs are toilet trained and well behaved, but can be super affectionate! So dogs lovers only please :D
