A brand new house available for 2014/15, available immediately to both students and young professionals. The house is opposite QMC so it is extremely close to both Uni park and Juiblee campuses and not far from the city centre! All the furniture in the house is brand new this summer, all rooms contain new wardrobes/ desks/ beds/ drawers. The kitchen is all very new- plenty of storage space and there is a large dining table. There are 2 bathrooms (shower and bath) and a toilet, which are all excellent quality. There is a lounge with 2 sofas- a tv can be provided for no extra cost if you wish; there is also a very sunny garden in the back and a driveway for parking. You can choose when you want to move in and whether you want a 10 or 12 month lease. Bills could also be included for a small additional cost to the rent if the tenants wish. I have really enjoyed living in this house and would be living here in September if I weren't going abroad! It is super close to both campuses and QMC, there are shops at the bottom of the road, bus stops close and the area is much safer than the centre of Lenton. We lived with 2 young professions last year so the landlord is flexible whether you're a student or not.
