Housemate Wanted

Greetings

The previous tenant/housemate has completed the final semester of her degree and she is now planning to move out. Please do allow me to introduce a bit about the house and myself.

About the house

 A well presented two bedroom (1 single + 1 double) semi-detached property located in Nottingham city center post code NG3 1GT.
 Fully furnished and equipped, move in with a simple suitcase; has its own large garage in front and a private backyard garden + private parking!
 Shared toilet, living room and kitchen.
 Considerably convenient for students particularly for those need a place to live where near city center (trent university; castle colledge and many more)
 Exceedingly convenient for any purpose/means of transportation (multiple bus stations within 200 meters radiation; small Asian/general convenient stores within 100 meters of radiation; 5 mins walking distance towards victoria center)

About the room

 Double bedroom equipped with: king size bed*1; king size closet*1; double working desk*1; individual + central heating; body size mirror*1; and many more to discover.

About me
 I am a quiet, clean and tidy Chinese business professional, and I like to think I am generally a nice and fun person to live around with.
 I believe I am open minded to a lot of things. I highly respect individual personality and private space in any sense.
 I am currently running my little business at home but it is quiet so that does not in general interfere with your living.
 I may also need a quiet, clean and tidy environment to live considering my occupation and personality.
I love to share.
