Top floor room available for lodger
I am looking for a pleasant, friendly & considerate person to rent the fully-furnished top floor room in my house as a lodger.
This is a clean, comfortable and well-appointed private house with a live-in owner. I have had lots of lodgers before so I am looking for the right person. This means someone polite, communicative and civilised; someone willing to tidy up after themselves properly; who will maintain the room and rest of the house in a good condition; and who will contribute to the general housework.
The successful applicant will be required to sign a written agreement and provide photo ID before moving in, in addition to paying the deposit and the first week's rent.
I am ideally looking for someone who requires accommodation on a long term basis ie. at least six months. Priority will be given to applicants who can guarantee this.
The right person will be very comfortable here.
