Double Room in lovely 2-bed flat in The Park

I have a double-room available in a 2-bed flat which overlooks the castle in The Park.
The flat has a huge living area complete with corner sofa and dining area. There is a small kitchen with everything you need and a shared bathroom.

Rent is £325 a month plus bills - approx £45 electric (there is no gas!), £55 council tax, £10 for broadband, + water every quarter. Works out on average no more than £450 a month.
I also have NOW TV Entertainment package in the lounge which I won't charge you for!

The room is available from the 4th October and I'm looking for someone ASAP!

I'd like someone friendly, fun and sociable, who doesn't mind helping to keep the place clean and tidy! Most evenings I'm either out at the gym, or chilling in front of the TV, whilst at weekends I'm more sociable but I may not be in every weekend!

The flat is with Changing Homes who ask for £105 signing fees. There will also be £375 deposit to pay which will be repaid at the end of the tenancy.
