Very centrally located at Derby road, only a 5-10 min walk to city centre. Bus stop is just one minute walk away with busses going to QMC and the University of Nottingham.

You will be sharing the kitchen and living room with two females and one male, all postgraduate and very nice. There is free gated parking available behind the property. The room will be on a 1 month rolling contract so short lets are considered.

The room is available starting from the 15th of September.
The rent is £280 per calendar month (this excludes bills which will normally be around £50 per person pcm). The deposit is £280. The agency may charge some agency fees.
