- the flat has a bright and spacious living room (20sqm), with 2 new modern faux leather sofas (perfect for the occasional stay over)
-42" TV

Location:
-opposite of Forest Recreation Grounds
-5min walk to lovely Arboretum!
-10min walk to Trent uni
-city center: 2 tram stops or 15min walk
-1, 3miles to Jubilee campus or Queens Medical Center (15-20min by bike)

-streets nearby filled with grocery shops etc (Radford boulevard, Alfreton Rd),
-Sainsbury's is 30meters away.

Generally:
-flat on second floor

-no smoking inside the house
-tidy-up-after-yourself rule

Bills:
internet, water, gas, electricity
are not included but should be in the usual range of no more than 50Pounds per month.

Rent:
185 per month for students or 220 inclusive of council tax for professionals

- you will be included in the rental contract (by letting agency); fee for this is minimal (less than 30pounds, just once)
-deposit is subject to letting agency (1-2 month's rent)

We clicked vegetarian preferred but this does not mean that we wouldn't consider a considerate non-veggie person :)
