Two rooms available in well located house share

We have two rooms available in this beautiful house, walking distance to the city centre, and West Bridgford, overlooking the Victoria Embankment, and seconds from the river.

The house has a living room, dining room, and kitchen downstairs, with the three bedrooms upstairs. There is a small yard/garden at the back, with a padlocked bike shed. There's lots of space for books, and pictures etc downstairs, please make yourself at home!

All bills are included in the rent, including gas, electric, council tax, WiFi, and the TV license. Both of the rooms have been recently painted and new carpets put in, and both rooms are fully furnished with a bed, chest of drawers, and wardrobe.

I'm the landlady, and used to live in the house with the current tenant. I moved recently, and am looking for someone to fill the other two rooms. The current tenant is a full time athlete, and enjoys keeping active, cooking, socialising, and is super friendly!

West Bridgford is only a 15 minutes walk away, across the river, and it's only a 20-25 minute walk into the centre of town from the house. The nearest tram stop is only a couple of minutes away, with a direct route into town and an easy commute to QMC.
