Decent housemate wanted for a Buddy Up!

Looking for someone to live with, not someone who lives in the next room!! We would like a fun and sociable person who is also looking to meet new people rather than just accommodation.

We are a couple currently renting in Nottingham. We are looking to find someone to Buddy Up with so we can move into a more spacious / generally nicer home and we don't mind being a bit further outside of the city to achieve this. We are looking at 2/3 bed houses with a garden and larger than average kitchen. Looking at prices between £550-£600 a month, split between three would then be max £200/month each.

We enjoy watching films, playing cards, cooking, etc. We are very down to earth and both have a sense of humour. Favourite comedians include Seann Walsh, Jimmy Carr, Kevin Bridges, Bill Bailey. Chris is 27, buys and sells cars alongside teaching kickboxing twice a week. He enjoys training and would like to find someone to work out with. He also enjoys watching fighting/action films, especially oriental ones, and reading anime. He would love to find someone with these interests as I have no interest in them at all!

I am Emma, 22, and am currently looking for work after graduating from NTU as an art student. I write music, love going on walks to find hidden gems in the corners of the city, and I like discussing fanatical nonsense in depth, such as if houseplants could think, do you think they're thinking of escape? I have just started learning Japanese as both Chris and I are planning move to Japan to teach English in a years' time or so.
