Furnished double room available in spacious, friendly 5 bedroom house.

We have lots of shared space, open plan kitchen/lounge and a second room downstairs (used for study/billiards/art projects). We also have a great garden with apple trees, veg patch, homemade decking and BBQ.

Other things you’ll want to know: washing machine, microwave, dishwasher, two nice bathrooms with excellent bath and shower, good wifi, garage for bike storage, good bus links and a wood burner.

We think of our place as home, and live together because it’s enjoyable, not just convenient. We share most of our (veggie friendly) food and we've always got some team projects on the go (sewing, brewing, DIY, etc.).

6 month or longer tenancy available. Price includes Council Tax and all bills. Couples pay an extra £150/month.

About us: We’re Tom, Jane, Alex, Chris and Ceri (last 2 share a room). All in our mid (to increasingly late) 20s. A mixture of veggies and not, smokers and not, pretty relaxed about most things.
