Myrtle Grove, Beeston: looking for a housemate

We are both girls and second year law students looking for a replacement to our housemate who recently decided to drop out of uni. We're left with one room available in a house of 3 persons. The house is situated in a residential area in Beeston with a garden at the back; it is also within walking distance to the uni park campus.
