Room available at Raleigh Park (Sillitoe Court)

Hello!

I am looking for someone to take over my contract for my room at Raleigh Park and I am willing to pay the rent for your first month. My room has a single bed, wardrobe, desk, chair, bookshelves and a personal door lock. The whole flat has good quality Wi-Fi and we have a spacious kitchen/living room with plenty of cupboard space. There are two fridges/freezers, a brand new oven, a dining table and chairs and 2x 3 person sofas with 2 coffee tables.

Sillitoe Court is definitely the best place to be at Raleigh, with the laundry facilities opposite and a great atmosphere throughout Sillitoe Court.

The room is £92/week paid in monthly instalments of £404. 80/month. I am happy to pay the instalment for your first month you live here.

Raleigh Park is only a 15 minute walk to the University of Nottingham, there are plenty of shops, bars and bus stops surrounding Raleigh with the option of walking into the city centre or taking the bus.

I have met so many wonderful people here at Raleigh and I'm going to be very sad to leave!
