Room in House Share close to Notts Uni

Outside of the house

The room (available within the week) is in a 6 bed room house share on Dunlop Avenue (one of the quieter streets) in Lenton. The room to rent is on the top floor and furnished with a double bed, bedside table, desk and a chest of drawers. There is also an en-suite storage room.

The communal area is large (3 couches) and has a medium/large size TV. Adjacent is the kitchen, which has been re-done over the summer and is in top condition.

There is an off-license right across the street, with the local Lenton Sainsburys and Savoy Cinema less than a 5 minute walk away. It's a mere ten minute walk to Jubilee Campus and less than 20 minute walk to University Park Campus.

4 of the other housemates are in there third year, with two studying music, one studying medical physics and one studying classics. The latter girls boyfriend is working but has not moved in yet.

TV license and water bill have already been paid for the year. The rent for October and November has also been paid.
