Three large double rooms with modern furnishings in Wollaton, a quiet suburb of Nottingham. Perfect for professional or post-graduate students, with off-street parking, nearby bus stop taking you straight into town, and only a 10 minute walk to Jubilee campus, shops and Wollaton park.

The rooms each include a large double bed, desk, chair, wardrobe and chest of draws, with solid furniture all under 10 years old and in good condition. The shared spaces include a large sitting room with TV and dining table. The kitchen is also large, has a washing machine and dish washer as well as shared fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, shared plates, cutlery, pots and pans etc. There is also a utility room, with space for drying clothes indoors in winter. The garage has space for secure bike storage. Though the garage is not big enough for a car, there is space both on the drive in front of the house, and on the street for parking.

The boiler is relatively new and we have a service agreement to fix it in case of emergencies. The house also has broadband internet (Virgin 50mbps wired and wifi) and freeview TV.
