House share, all bills included.

Please read carefully, whoever takes our spare room would live in our house on their own most of the time, myself and my partner only come home at the weekend, we work in London. We are looking for a mature student or a working professional.

There would not be anyone else living here, you would be on your own all week. The room however does have a double bed but it's for single occupancy, the room is not for sharing! You could have a friend stay on rare occasions with our permission, they could use our guest bedroom but you would have to ask us first and we would want a small payment for this arrangement and it could only be on rare occasions, not every week!

It's a cosy little 3 bedroom terraced house in a cul-de-sac, it's very quiet and we have a garden.

The house is very clean and recently been redecorated with new floors and carpets, nice new beds.

I would need to see a references from you, my house insurance stipulates this!

The rent is all inclusive of bills, this includes Heating, Gas & Electricity, Water charges and Council Tax, Broadband and Television License.

There is a supermarket and post office just around the corner, there is also a good sports club with swimming pool, gym and racket club within walking distance.
