Modern, Secure, Student House, Great Location

The Location of the house is excellent; of the main road, bus stop no more than 20 seconds from door, a secure access gate with a really well kept courtyard. There is also on street parking.

The house itself is semi-detached and off the street, it is modern and different to your usual slightly grubby student house. The landlord and the letting agency are very helpful, the landlord even takes the bins out for everyone.

The room itself is 1st floor and furnished. My flatmates are all really nice and have been supportive of me leaving (there has been a change in my financial situation) and yeah I cant think of too much more, please feel free to call or email me with any questions. Thanks. (more photos to come soon)
