So last year myself and four of my mates decided to live together in the following year, circumstances changed and unfortunately one of us had to drop out and will not be returning. He has paid all the rent and bills so far, the rent starts again in January so we are very keen to get someone into the house to fill his place as soon as possible.

The room has a double bed, wardorbe, desk and work chair. It's situated only a few paces from the bathroom meaning no long walks across the house on a cold morning in a towel ! The kitchen is spacious and well equipped with a dish washer, oven, grill and induction hob. Theres a washing machine and tumble dryer too which work well. The kitchen is situated next to the lounge which has ample seating and a large tv.

We are four friendly guys who are looking for someone who is down to earth and easy to live with. If you're looking for a house a one minute walk from Sainsbury's and a short walk from uni then this is the place for you.
