Amazing spacious flat in The Park Estate

Hey there,

We are looking for one roommate for a penthouse flat located in The Park Estate, Nottingham. We have an incredibly spacious furnished flat with double bedrooms, a large bathroom with shower and separate bath, large kitchen, a very large living room (w/ fireplace) in a comfy and inviting setting. We struck a pretty good deal with our landlord and we're paying considerably less than this place is worth so it's great value for money.

The flat is located next to Nottingham Castle (right between the border of the town centre and the Park Estate), it is a 5 minute walk into the town centre or a 10 minute cycle to University Park - very ideal for students of either Nottingham Trent or University of Nottingham.

We are two guys, one student from London and one professional from Manchester (age 23 and 26 respectively) who are seeking someone around roughly the same age. We have some photos of the flat but they really don't do it justice.
