I have a large, fully-furnished double bedroom for rent in a lovely spacious home, located a stone's throw away from Mapperley Top high street, and with excellent transport links into Nottingham City Centre (5 minutes by bus or a 15 minute walk).

The house has three bedrooms, two large gardens, a kitchen diner, lounge, bathroom, W/C, double garage and a loft if you require additional storage space.

The price of £400 per month includes all bills with no exceptions and the £250 security deposit will be refunded in full should you decide to move out.

The current housemates are both young professionals; one is a Senior Lecturer at Nottingham Trent University and the other is a Marketing Manager at a Nottingham-based firm. Both housemates are respectful, tidy and sociable, thus, we are looking for someone similar.
