3rd housemate wanted in modern, lovely home

Hello!

We have a large double bedroom available in our beautiful Mapperley home. Currently, there are two of us living here; aged 23 and 22. Our house has many appealing features; a downstairs toilet, a beautiful big kitchen, virgin television and internet, a cosy living room, a spare 4th bedroom/study, a huge garden and patio and many more things!
The monthly cost of the house works out at £350 between 3 people-this includes rent, gas and electricity, water, council tax and Virgin TV and internet.
We are looking for a friendly, respectful and reliable housemate who enjoys socialising and is easy to get along with.
We are both professionals who work both day times and evenings depending on shift patterns, so we do enjoy a good night in with a glass of something!
The house is also in a great location; we are just off Mapperley Top and only a 5-10 minute drive from the city centre. There is also a brand new Aldi right at the top of the road.
