Double room to rent in Nottingham £350

I am a 26 year old PE teacher, living in a 2 bedroom house in New Basford, Nottingham. I have a double spare room, fully furnished (willing to move furniture if have own). I am generally very busy but do spend evenings at home, I have 3 cats so would only welcome someone who is fond of them. I am generally very tidy and the house is kept very clean, there is internet available and a tv in the living room. Rent includes all bills - heating, electric, water, broadband and virgin tv. I would be asking for 2 months rent in advance, which would pay for your first and last months rent, initial term six months.
