Spacious quiet and friendly home in Forest Fields

Three double rooms available in a 5 bedroom house in Forest Fields with shared living room with wood burner, a large kitchen and dining room, a bathroom with bathtub and shower and another toilet, as well as a back garden/yard and an additional litle guest room. There is plenty of space to store your bike inside or outside the house. There are usually free parking spaces on the street outside the house. There is also an attic space for storage.

The 3 rooms available for rent are on different floors of the house; ground floor (with kitchen and garden), first floor (with the living room, guest room and toilet) and second floor (with two other bedrooms and the main bathroom).
All of them are double rooms but they differ in size. The rooms are unfurnished but the house itself is very lived in - in the good sense - with cosy living room, equipped kitchen and recently repainted bathroom.
The rent is £160 per month for each room and bills come to about £60/month on top of that. All together a very cheap house, but we need the first month's rent up when you move in.

A little bit about the household and its current inhabitants...
This house operates on a communal basis; we share duties and costs of housekeeping as well as having shared meals when we can.

The house is non-smoking.

We welcome vegetarians and vegans, our shared meals have been vegan for years as we had several vegans living in the house but the tenants staying are meat-eaters, so that could change with new housemates.

We are both pretty busy with various jobs and other activities, but like the house to be a quiet, friendly place to come home to.

We are looking for people who are happy to get stuck in with sharing the responsibilities of the house and who will tidy up after themselves.

About the area...
Djangoly Leasure Centre is 2 minutes from us with a Swimming Pool, sauna, gym etc. as well as Forest Recreation Ground which is really nice during warmer months. The tram stop is a 5 minute walk away by the Forest, with plenty of bus connections on the other side on Mansfield Road. In terms of shops, there is a corner shop next to us, we have Lidl in Carrington in easy walking distance as well as amazing food shops and Asda 12 minutes away in Hyson Green. New Art Exchange Gallery is also in Hyson Green, near the tram stop.
