About myself - I am a 26 year old male in the forces. Easy to get along with and tidy. I'm away working in the week, generally only back weekends unless on leave. As such the house is usually empty, I'd be looking for someone who is responsible enough to look after the house when I'm away in these periods.

The property is a 3 story 3 bed terraced house and the room is on the top floor. Giving a whole floor to itself. There is on street parking also outside the property, the street never gets that busy with parked cars.

The property is located on the embankment side of the meadows. Approx 2 minute walk to the bus stop to Nottingham, or could be walked in 10 mins. Also ideal for West Bridgford, with only being a few minutes walk away from Trent Bridge, central avenue.
