This double room is available for £83 per week inclusive of utility bills (gas, water, electric). The room is part of a three-bedroom flat share, which already has two other occupants. There is shared access to a living/room kitchen area and a bathroom with a shower and bath.

The bedroom has a double bed, chest of drawers and a free standing wardrobe and is newly painted.

The flat is located in the Hyson Green area, only a 15 minute walk from the City Centre, NTU campus and other local amenities such as Asda, Tesco and many takeaway food chains.
There are local bus links to other areas within the City, including an approximate 15 minute journey to University of Nottingham campuses and Queens Medical Centre.

The flat has wifi, washing machine, on-street parking and lock and key to all separate bedrooms to ensure security.

Two girls currently live in the flat, both studying in their second year at NTU and aged 19 and 20. The girls are both quiet, clean, friendly and devoted to their studies, and require a tenant who is similar minded, preferably being female.

The girls are looking for a tenant who is undisruptive and will respect keeping noise and mess at a minimum.
