On-street permitted parking available. Nice quiet area within walking distance from Nottingham city centre and Derby Road/Alfreton Road shops.
Large shared living space with good-sized open plan kitchen and shared bathroom, all furnished to modern spec.
Bedroom is largest in property and has its own balcony but we can potentially swap rooms to reduce rent if needed.
Park fees included but rent does not include council tax (band D). Gas and electric on meter and we have fibre optic broadband, cost of which shared between the three.
Current tenants are sociable and laid back. Both work full-time on varying shifts, including some weekends.
