Double room available in Wollaton

The kitchen

We have a room available in a lovely 5 bedroom converted bungalow on Middleton Boulevard. It's no longer than a 10 minute walkway the Main Campus, and is literally a 5 minute walkaway from Jubilee!

At the moment there are four of us signed to the house: Dave, Jack, Josh, and me (Matt). We will all be in our 5th year at the university, I will be doing a PGCE in chemistry over on Jubilee, and the other three will be continuing on with their Architecture course after their year in Industry. We will all be at least 22 by the time the tenancy starts.

The tenancy runs from 1st July 2015 until the 30th June 2016, however there is a standard period. In the beginning of the tenancy when we will not be able to gain access to the house, however I will be pestering them to let us in at some point as we will want to move stuff in. We will definitely be able to move in by the beginning of August.

We are not doing the bills with them, as we can sort it out ourselves cheaper. We have all been with Comfort before, and Dave has even lived in this house before.
