Room available to rent in Nottingham. The room is part of a fully furnished apartment only 15min walk from Nottingham city center. The room is a good sized double and is fully furnished with a single bed which will fold out into a double. Bedding and accessories will be your responsibility.

The apartment is only 2yrs old and has a good size balcony, underground secure and off road parking, shower/bath, fitted kitchen inc. washer/dryer, dishwasher, fan oven, microwave, coffee machine, hob, decent sized fridge freezer, broadband, landline phone, TV ect…

Rent includes all bills… this includes, electricity, heating, water, internet, council tax, and rent. (calls overseas or charged calls on landline will be charged to you).

There is an age restriction to people applying for the room as I am a working professional and need a housemate that is self reliant… ei. knows how to load a dishwasher and switch it on…!!!

I would prefer a mature student, working professional, or an international just needing a base for a few months whilst in the UK or to set up and look for work. An interview will be held as I feel it is a good way to see if we would get on before committing to anything. ID and possible reference may be required.
