The house is detached on a quite single track road. The room is bright and comfortable and can be adjusted to suit the new occupant if necessary.
I am a live in landlady who works full time and my family are nearby where I spend a lot of my time. I'm easy going and like to laugh.
I share my home with 2 miniature daschunds and 2 cats so any potential housemate will need to like animals. All the usual facilities in the house. We are close to buses to the city but it is walkable in 20 mins or less depending how quick you walk.
