Lovely house that has just been refurbished and will be fully furnished; tv, couches, dining table, all bedroom furniture, washing machine, 2 bathrooms, carpets and a spacious private back garden all decking, parking space available also! All double bedrooms, available to move in from 01/09/2015, the tenancy agreement if for a year but if wanting to stay at the house then that can be organised towards the end of the tenancy agreement! The house is close to city centre, uni campus and not to far from the QMC great location, great house for a great price! The house is £95 per week so £431. 82 per month this includes all bills: gas, electric, water, tv licence and also wifi! 4 friendly girls will be living there all will be second year student nurses aged 18 to 23.
