Double room available in spacious house

We are three friends looking for a fourth housemate, either postgraduate student or professional, to join us. The house is in a quiet, but excellent location, just a five minute walk from QMC and a tram stop. The room comes with a double bed, desk, wardrobe and chest of drawers. The bathroom is shared with one other person. There is space to keep a bike in the garden. During the week, two of us usually live away, but at the weekends we are quite sociable and enjoy cooking meals together.

The rent price is guaranteed until July 2017. We split bills between us each month, which come to around £40 each.
